There is a lot of art that features nature and wildlife, but this weekend, you can see both the art and its real life subjects right here in Portland. It's the 35th Annual Wild Arts Festival, featuring 64 artists and 32 authors, all using nature or wildlife as a subject or medium.

There is a lot of art that features nature and wildlife, but this weekend, you can see both the art and its real life subjects right here in Portland. It's the 35th Annual Wild Arts Festival, featuring 64 artists and 32 authors, all using nature or wildlife as a subject or medium.

The festival is put on by the Audubon Society of Portland, but it will take place at Montgomery Park. There will be live bird presentations all week, so you can meet some of the beautiful wild birds in residence at the Audubon Society, while you take a look at some art.

And by visiting the festival, you'll help the Audubon Society treat and release 3,000 birds back into the wild each year.
