We'll be sure to let you know, prior to Orientation, what volunteer opportunities will be available and the exact times of the orientation. In the meantime, please explore our website to find more information about Audubon’s volunteer program as well as its conservation issues, membership program, Nature Store, Wildlife Care Center, educational trips and classes, and lots of other great information.

Volunteer Orientation

Volunteer Orientation is required of all new volunteers. During orientation, you’ll learn more about the Audubon Society of Portland and hear about the exciting opportunities available and benefits of volunteering.

NOTE: There is a $20 fee that is payable at Orientation. The fee covers your volunteer name badge and t-shirt as well as a one-year membership in the Audubon Society of Portland ($25-$35 value).. If this presents a financial hardship and would prevent you from volunteering, please contact the Volunteer Manager to arrange for a partial scholarship.
